We offer free delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which will cover loss and damage up to £100. For any higher valued items, we do advise you to pay higher postage for your own peace of mind.

You will be able to send your device in by going to your local Post Office. Or you can also arrange a collection at your door to make it easier for you.

We will send you instructions typically related to your device on how to delete your personal data before sending it to us. If you forget to do it, don’t worry! We remove all data before processing any device.

If at any stage of the process you are not happy with our services, we promise to send your device back in the condition it came in, free of charge.
