Takes less than 5 mins to find out the value of your old device. Just search for its make and model. Once you've located it, select a payment method that suits you and provide your information. That's all there is to it!
Please pack your device(s) along with any unwanted accessories in the free post pack and label that has been provided to you. Simply post it at your local post office.
As soon as we receive your device, we will review your order details. Assuming everything is in order, we will make the payment on the same day that we receive it. Our goal is to make you happy, which makes us happy too! Please note that same day payment is applicable only from Monday to Friday, and excludes public holidays. Additionally, orders received after 2pm and events beyond our control may impact the payment timeline.
